Energy Conservation Building Code, conceived by Bureau of Energy Efficiency, is a mandatory code provision establishing minimum standards for the energy-efficient design and construction of commercial buildings with a connected load >100kW or >120kVA

Energy Policy
Across six states in India, Ela Green has had the privilege of sharing its expertise in developing and implementing Energy Conservation Building Code, a mandatory minimum standards of building efficiency developed for commercial buildings in India by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE).
Apart from collaborating with the State Designated Agencies (SDA) in the development and implementation of the ECBC code, Ela Green has carried out capacity building workshops towards sensitising and training more than 3000 government staff and building professionals.
